Jeff Eastman is a software architect, developer and entrepreneur with a long-standing interest in object computing, distributed computing and cloud computing. As a senior architect at Hewlett Packard, he worked in various research, architecture and development organizations and helped deliver several innovative products. Jeff left HP in 1994 to form Windward Solutions, a software consultancy and technology company which developed and sold products in the distributed computing and medical simulation markets. For the last four years, Jeff has been developing directory services and test patient generation tools for Michigan Health Information Networks Shared Services.
